I only ship with brand new boxes and packaging materials. For USA customers tariffs are paid by me when i make the delivery papers online so no worries about it anymore !)). I send my dolls with DHL express what is expensive for me but very reliable and quick. Until now no one of my US customers had to pay tariffs. All my dolls are handmade from start to finish with quality materials and high interest SCULPTOR OPEN/LIMITED EDITION vinyl kits that come with their (COA) CERTIFICATES OF AUTHENTICITY & ARTIST BUSINESS CARD PLUS A LUXURY BOXE OPENING WITH HAND MADE OUTFITS, PACIFIER ETC; (I do not buy or sell knock-off, fake, or illegitimate reborn dolls or kits.) I use (GHS) Genesis Heat Set paints, HP BABYLOCKS mohair, LAUSHA HAND MADE GLASS EYES, and fine grade refined GLASS BEADS to create dolls, finishing them with professional grade AIR DRY MATTE VARNISH to preserve the paint as best and for as long as possible. All the dolls I list are brand new and created by me unless otherwise stated .
