All creases an d wrinkles are blushed and painted.She has light mottling. She has a full torso of vnyl with a clothe body insert. Her arms and legs are soft vinyl and are full length. She is weighted with glass beads and poly fiber fil. She will take preemie or micro preemie clothing.
