All 6 tentacles can be articulated and positioned independently of each other. Why only 6? Because she only had 6 in the movie and 6 tentacles plus 2 arms equals 8. Purchase Agreement You acknowledge the following terms when you purchase a doll. First, I consider all sales completely final. I never accept refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Shipping & Security I ship all dolls via USPS Priority Mail. Do you prefer a different shipping method? If so, please contact me before purchasing to make other arrangements. Furthermore, I ship all dolls with full insurance. Additionally, I require a signature for delivery!
AirTag Tracking In some cases, I place an AirTag inside the shipping box. Consequently, I might ask you to pay an AirTag deposit. Later, I will refund this deposit immediately after you return the AirTag to me.
Return Policy
Strict Final Sale I do not accept refunds or returns!
Layaway Terms
Payment Structure I require a 20% non-refundable deposit. Next, you must pay off the balance within three months. You can make payments bi-weekly or monthly.
Schedules & Grace Periods First, I will send you a payment schedule. Then, I will send reminder invoices before your due dates. You receive a three-day grace period after the payment date. Afterward, I consider the payment late. Do you need to change your payment date? Please let me know. We can adjust it easily.
Missed Payments & Communication Can you not make a payment? If so, please contact me before the due date. We can make other arrangements.
However, you might miss more than three payments. Consequently, I will cancel the layaway. Then, I will require payment in full. Suppose you make no payment and ignore my cancellation notice. Then, you forfeit all money, including your deposit and balance payments.
Abandoned Layaways Also, you might skip payments and communication for two payment periods. I consider this layaway abandoned. As a result, you lose your deposit and all balance payments.
Cancellations Do you decide to cancel the order yourself? If so, I will not refund your deposit or any balance payments.
Furthermore, I reserve the right to cancel the layaway at any time. I can do this for any reason. Sometimes, I might cancel the layaway through no fault of your own. Suppose your account remains in perfect standing. In that specific case, I will offer you a full refund, including your deposit.
Final Agreement Ultimately, I consider these terms completely non-negotiable. Finally, please remember one important fact. I choose to offer layaway to my clients. No one requires me to do this. Therefore, it represents a privilege, not a right.
