I sell these unique, hand-painted art pieces as final sales only. I do not accept returns, refunds, trades, or exchanges. Please read the full description and study every photo before you buy. I do not take custom orders at this time. These dolls are not toys and contain small parts and strong magnets. Keep them away from small children and individuals with pacemakers.

I only sell through Reborns.com to protect you from scams. Email me directly for a safety photo or to ask questions. I ship via USPS to your PayPal-registered address only. I package every doll securely and provide a tracking number via email. You must provide a signature to receive the delivery.

Ordering and Shipping Policies

The nursery only ships products to USA addresses which customers have confirmed through their PayPal transaction page. Please verify your address before you buy. I cancel and refund any orders which have been placed from addresses that have not been verified. The full cost of PayPal transfer fees for these cancelled payments needs to be paid by you. Your art doll will be shipped to you through USPS or UPS within three business days after I complete the shipment. The packaging for every doll includes blankets and bubble wrap which I place inside a durable box. The moment I dispatch the package to you, all responsibility for any lost or damaged or stolen items transfers to you. The carrier handles all claims which you must submit directly to them.
