Worldwide Delivery I offer free shipping worldwide. First, I pack the baby carefully in a large, brand-new box. I ship via tracked courier within 1 or 2 business days of payment. I insure every package.
Courier Service I use DHL Express. This service costs me more, but it guarantees speed and reliability.
Customs & Tariffs I pay the tariffs for my US customers. I label the paperwork as a "second-hand baby doll." Consequently, no US client has paid fees yet. However, other countries may charge customs fees. You must pay these extra charges if they occur.

Authenticity & Quality I handcraft every doll from start to finish. I use only high-quality materials. Furthermore, I use authentic limited-edition vinyl kits. I strictly refuse knock-off or fake kits.
What You Receive Each doll comes with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA). You also receive my business card. Additionally, I include a luxury box opening with handmade outfits and a pacifier.
Materials & Technique I paint with Genesis Heat Set (GHS) paints. I use HP Babylocks mohair and Lausha handmade glass eyes. Fine glass beads add weight. Finally, I apply professional matte varnish to preserve the paint.

Return Policy
Final Sale I do not accept returns for any reason. All sales are final. Therefore, I offer no exchanges or refunds. Please ask for more photos or information before you buy. I will happily assist you.
Color Accuracy Colors vary from monitor to monitor. Consequently, skin tones or clothing may look different in person.
Handmade Nature Silicone babies are 100% handmade works of art. Three different artists collaborate to make them. Thus, they are not factory-perfect. I always disclose flaws in the listing. The price reflects these details.
Layaway Options
Payment Plan I accept layaway on silicone babies. First, you must pay the price of the blank kit as a deposit. Next, you pay a minimum of $300 USD each month.
Forfeiture Policy Attention: You must make every payment. If you miss a month, you lose your deposit. You also lose the doll.
Completion I ship the baby directly to you after I receive full payment. I provide a tracking number then. I rely on this work for a living. Therefore, you can trust me completely.
