Custom Doll Timelines Custom reborn orders typically take 8 weeks or longer to complete. First, I provide a photo when I start your baby. Next, I send another photo upon completion. Moreover, I reserve the right to adjust this timeline at my own discretion. Again, please ask questions anytime!

Return & Refund Policy

Strict Final Sale I enforce a strict final sale policy. I give no refunds or returns. Nevertheless, please contact me regarding any issues. We might solve a simple problem quickly!

PayPal Fees Did you pay through PayPal? If I grant a rare discretionary refund, PayPal still keeps their original transaction fees. They charge these fees regardless of the outcome. Therefore, I never receive that money. Consequently, I will deduct those PayPal fees from any refund I issue to you.

Lost or Damaged Packages Additionally, the shipping carrier must process all claims for lost or damaged packages. Therefore, I will not refund you until the carrier refunds me. Sometimes, the carrier eventually finds the package and delivers it to you safely.
