Billie Pre-Owned Silicone Reborn Doll
This beautiful baby, Billie Girl! is from my private collection and she is in pristine condition just like the day I bought her, and she has been displayed in a curio cabinet. She is Billie Pre-Owned Silicone Reborn Doll from my collection. I have had Billie for a very short time, but I need to find her a new home! I must down size on my large collection. 🙂 Billie Girl is a Sculpt mold and cast by Kathy Romero Biscuiti of Silicone Studio. She measures 19 1/2" and weighs 7lbs 4oz. They she was poured in Eco 20 in a Caucasian skin tone. Billie Girl has an open mouth with tongue and gums and can take a full pacifier and she is anatomically correct. She also has micro- rooted soft mohair in dark brown & hand rooted eyelashes. She has been painted with with smooth-on silicone paint and silc pig pigments with mottled skin, subtle veining and blues in all the right areas and fully sealed and matted with silicone velvet powder. Artistic Care & Liability I create all my reborn babies as pieces of art. Consequently, you must treat them as art. You hold full responsibility for any damages and repairs. This includes all shipping costs. However, I build my reborns to last many decades with proper care.
Knitted Items & Customs I hand-knit one-of-a-kind (OOAK) items. I design some of these myself. Therefore, I do not accept returns on these items. Finally, do you live outside the United States? If so, your country might charge a customs fee. You must pay this fee yourself.

Handmade Quality
I hand-paint every reborn doll. Factories do not paint them. Consequently, they wear down with use. Please remember these dolls serve as display art, not toys. Thus, you should expect minor imperfections. Sometimes, you cannot even see these flaws visually.
Safety Warning WARNING:
I occasionally place strong magnets inside these dolls. Therefore, people with pacemakers must avoid them. I will state this clearly in the specific doll's description.
Shipping & Tracking
I ship The Newborn Nebula Dolls with full insurance and tracking. I upload the tracking number to both PayPal and Reborns.com immediately after shipment. Often ship same-day for repeat customers. Otherwise, I ship within three business days after your payment clears.
Intended Use & Supervision
I design The Newborn Nebula dolls strictly for adult collectors. Young children must never handle them without adult supervision. Additionally, these serve as Therapy Dolls.
Risk of Loss & Delivery
You assume all responsibility for loss or damage the moment I hand the package to the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx). You must file any claims for transit damage or loss directly with the carrier. I estimate delivery dates, but I never guarantee them. Carrier delays often happen outside my control. Nevertheless, I attempt to meet these estimated dates in good faith.
Damage Liability
I claim no responsibility for damage caused by young children, pets, or abuse. Furthermore, I hold no liability for repairs.

Photos often fail to capture the true beauty of these babies. Consequently, colors might look different in person. Therefore, please view all photos carefully before you purchase. Clothing Conditions
Pre-owned clothing often shows minor wear. I will state this clearly in the ad. Alternatively, Lorraine Smith creates original hand-knits. I sell these specific knits as brand new, not pre-owned.
International Buyers
Finally, international buyers must remember one important fact. Your country might charge you a customs fee upon arrival.
Layaway Order Terms: A 30% down payment is required to initiate your layaway order. Upon receipt of your 30% down payment via PayPal we will contact you to confirm your payment plan and your order will be on reserved. Pay whenever you want, any amount you can afford. You can pay weekly, bi-weekly, monthly. We are flexible, but you must make at least 1 payment a month. (minimum $150) We will send you the payment invoice via PayPal monthly for your plan. Layaway order must be paid off within 4 months of creation. when your order is paid by 70% we will get your order ready to ship. Once the layaway order is paid in full, we will ship out your order and email you a tracking number. Layaway orders are subject to a non-refundable 30% cancellation fee. (minimum $200)
